I decided to try them out. The idea of nutritional bars have been appealing to me, especially those that are higher in protein As a vegetarian I am always looking for alternative source of protein. In th past i have found many high protein bars are either high in calories and/or have "yucky" additives. With You Bars you pick out the ingredients and the protein you want in your bar.
The process is easy. You start with the base, which can either be a butter and/or a date source, but you need to a base. Than you start to add the other ingredients. The categories are as follows protein, nuts and berries, sweetener, seasoning, cereal, and an infusion ( green blend, vitamin, omega 3, or fiber). You can add , in most cases, one ingredient from each category or decline that particular category. The choice and creativity is up to you.
There is a 100% satisfaction garuntee from the company. If you do not like the bar for any reason you can send it back and they will reformulate the bar free of charge.
Here is the nutritional information and ingredients for my costumized bar, and boy was it yummy.
