Trader Joe's on a Budget

I was recently hopping along the internet when I came across modern common place book blog  where she talked about shopping at Trader Joe's on a budget.  I thought it was interesting how reasonable the cost was for eating clean.  Now there are even less excuses why you can not eat clean. So here is an example of one days menu,  she shows you how reasonable  eating clean at Trader Joe's can be.
